Tasting Note: A smooth, fresh, taut and mineral wine, shortly aged in steel tanks and in medium oak barrels. It gives off hints of flowers, citrus fruits, salt and many aromatic herbs. On the palate it is warm, round, sapvory, with lively mineral and fresh aromas. Excellent with sea bream in crazy water as with a sea bass carpaccio with aromatic herbs.
