Description: The Chianti Classico Berardenga by Fèlsina is produced from vineyards located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of the historic Chianti Classico DOCG. The fermentation takes place with maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for 14-16 days.
