Freshly butchered cuts of Piedmontese Breed Slow Food Presidia slow-cooked for 2 hours in Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Herbs & Montepulciano DOC red wine with Red Onions & Carrots and accompanied by stewed Carrots & Roasted Potatoes
1 kg Italian Roast, 300g Carrots, 500g Roasted Potatoes per pack. Vacuum packed in our kitchen right after cooking to preserve all its flavors and juices.
The traditional cuts used in Piedmontese cuisine are Reale (02), Cappello Del Prete (05) and Scamone (18).
The slow-cooking required by these cuts together with the slow and organic approach of breeding, will give you a unique experience of natural taste.
