The Extra Dry Prosecco by Zardetto was born in the vineyards of the Venetian company, located within the Prosecco DOC.
It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, carefully selected and harvested manually in the first half of September. The Winemaker "This fresh, lively wine is a blend of 95% Prosecco (Glera) and 5% Chardonnay. It exhibits notions of orange rind and honeyed grapefruit. Light-bodied, effervescent, and with an abundant but delicate flavour."
The Extra Dry Prosecco by Zardetto has a fairly pale straw yellow colour, with a very present perlage. The nose offers an intense fruity aroma, where the typical aromas of apple and pear are replaced by very appealing lemon notes. In the mouth, it comes soft, sweet and with a good acidity which facilitates its drinkability.
Excellent for the aperitif, it goes well with vegetable dishes.

This Tuscan salami is aged from 20 days to 12 months depending on the size of the salami.
