The perfume preserves the fruit features through the winemaking in steel. It is light as a white wine but it recalls the structure of a red one. 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes that create a product always considered important by the philosophy of the company and that join perfectly the richness of the whites to the fruity elegance of the reds. “Le Rose” is a reference for lovers and a great marriage with fish soups, salmon, crustaceans, or chicken with peppers.

Descriptions: The Etna Rosato Alnus de I Custodi delle Vigne dell'Etna was born in vineyards located in Castiglione di Sicilia, on the north side of the Etna volcano. Subsequently the wine ages for 5 months in cement tanks and for at least 2 months in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
