Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is an Italian red wine made from the Montepulciano wine grape in the Abruzzo region of east-central Italy

Montepulciano is a late-ripening grape that has thick skin, resulting in a richly colored purple wine. It can be quite concentrated with bold tannins when grown with care, but is more likely to be rather thin if allowed to over-produce in the vineyard. The grape usually shows elevated acidity and moderate alcohol

The Ruchè of Castagnole Monferrato is a red piedmontese wine made in the Asti's province.
The procedure takes place at a controlled temperature of 27°C (80,6°F) in stainless steel tanks.
Soft, harmonious and very fruity flavour.
The color is intense ruby red, the scent at the nose is of sweet rose, characteristic of this unique wine.
Full tasted, full bodied and consistent persistence.

Description: Ruby red with garnet reflections in the glass. An intense nose reveals aromas of wild berry jam, underbrush, bay leaf, and black pepper. The palate is fresh, with good persistence, featuring fine tannins well integrated into the body.

A red wine well suited for earthy first courses and main dishes of red meat, game, and medium-aged cheeses.

Langhe Nebbiolo is produced with grapes from Cru Basarin, in Neive, a historic vineyard of considerable prestige. Its location, on the border between Neive and Treiso, and its high altitude give the wine a particular spicy and licorice note, as well as a great complexity and a remarkable structure.

Color: Bright garnet red.

Perfume: It offers with slight spicy notes, to then open on cherry and tobacco and with slight shades of withered rose and licorice.

Flavor: With a great structure and silky and enveloping tannins; warm and elegant closes with a finish that recalls the balsamic tones typical of the municipality of Neive, its terroir of origin.

Pairing: Meat, Cheese, Pork.
