Butchered and vacuum packed as whole piece in Genola (CN) and shipped to Hong Kong by air at controlled temperature 5C to preserve freshness, nutritional values and texture.

Add your favorite herbs and massage with extra virgin olive oil and red vinegar before grilling. Or you can pan-fry in extra virgin olive oil after dipping in egg yok and breaded in a mix of bread crumble, ground Pecorino cheese and parsley. Delicious.
