Pure Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes harvested at the end of September and fermented in steel for a young and fresh wine, which tells the story of the vine in the most genuine way possible. The simple guyot training system naturally lowers the luxuriant productivity typical of the vine and produces quality grapes. The result is a dense white with aromas of crisp apples and pears and a lovely honey texture, while the body is full, textured and flavorful.

Costamolino Vermentino is a crisp and refreshing white wine that is perfect for any occasion. This wine is made from 100% Vermentino grapes, which are grown in the heart of Sardegna, Italy The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand to ensure only the highest quality fruit is used.

This wine has a bright and lively flavor profile with notes of citrus, green apple, and peach. It has a delicate acidity and a long, clean finish that leaves a lingering taste on the palate. Costamolino Vermentino is best served chilled and pairs well with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.

Transparent and clear, with a light straw color and lively foam. On the nose the aromas are intense and the hint of Golden apple is clear. The floral aroma reminiscent of wisteria and rose is slight but not negligible. On the palate, the acidic notes combine with softness and correct flavour. A simple harmony leaves a pleasant sensation in the mouth.

Unique and harmonious, it can be uncorked during aperitifs, combining it with savory biscuits and focaccias. Thanks to its delicate nature, it is very well served alongside vegetable-based first courses, grilled fish or roast white meat.
