How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to our data protection team with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Description of the data you want deleted (or request complete deletion)

Processing Your Request

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
• Acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• Process the deletion within 30 days
• Confirm completion of the deletion via email

Exceptions

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data:

• Legal obligations: Data required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance
• Transaction records: Financial records may be retained as required by law
