Description: The Biondi Winery takes care of 3 vineyards in 3 different Crus, all on the south-east slope of Mount Etna, 18 km from Catania, in the town of Trecastagni, since the year 1600. In this area there is a great day-night thermal excursion that reaches even 30 °, sandy volcanic soil draining and rich in minerals.

Tasting Note: Ruby red color, with some slight light garnet reflections. The nose is expressed with aromas of fruit in alcohol, and tertiary hints of wood, chocolate and vanilla. In the mouth it is full and round, with a long finish and excellent balance.
