These Tagliolini are made from Italian durum wheat semolina and eggs according to a traditional recipe. The dough is pressed through special bronze plates, cut with a knife and then hand-rolled into fine ribbon-like noodles. The bronze process gives the noodles a rough, porous surface, which absorbs sauce well.

Tip: The noodles also taste delicious when they are simply fried in a pan with a pat of butter and served with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
