Monnalisa Cheese with Garlic oil and Chilli flavoured 400g SALCIS
This cheese is made with olive oil, garlic & chilli pepper, making it the perfect cheese by itself for a dinner party, or just to enjoy yourself. The fine taste of these cheeses is due to the Sheep’s buttery milk which is very smooth and creamy.
Special to prepare starters, bruschetta, salads, to fill buns or simply enjoyed at the table with a glass of red wine.
Produced by Dairy Salcis, in the province of Siena, from sheep's milk rigorously selected and processed according to the traditional method thus obtaining a very popular cheese.
