**DUE TO PARMA HAM CONSORTIUM'S DISCIPLINARY, TO USE THE NAME PARMA HAM THE HAM MUST BE SLICED IN PARMA AND PACKED IN PLASTIC TRAY IN MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE THEN SHIPPED TO HONG KONG.

IN ORDER TO AVOID EXCESSIVE USE OF PLASTIC AND A LOSS IN TERMS OF FRAGRANCE AND FRESHNESS, WE HAVE STOPPED USING THE NAME OF THE CERTIFICATION. WE STILL KEEP THE SAME PRODUCTS & QUALITY.

After 24 months the result is a flavorful, rich and unique Ham.
